Pretreatment: High-grade pretreatment process using Plasmatreat’s Openair® plasma for cleaning, activation or coating

Plasmatreat’s atmospheric-pressure plasma pretreatment is one of the most efficient processes for cleaning, activating or coating materials such as plastic, metal (e.g. aluminum) or glass.

In the course of cleaning with Plasmatreat’s Openair® plasma surfaces are freed of mould release agents and additives, while activation allows superior subsequent bonding of adhesives and coatings. Furthermore, due to coating the surface properties of a composite are improved. By means of Plasmatreat’s plasma technology materials and substrates are efficiently pre-treated according to individually definable surface properties.
